NORWEGIAN BLACK METALLERS SARKOM RELEASE ENTIRE 7″ BACK CATALOGUE IN DIGITAL FORMAT

When bands release music in a 7″ vinyl format, usually in a limited edition, it can mean that the majority of fans who don’t have anything on which to play vinyl are unable to access the music easily.  And, with this in mind, on the first Friday of the first six months of 2022, Norwegian Black Metallers SARKOM have been releasing their entire back catalogue of 7″ vinyls in digital format, and in chronological order. 

Starting in January, and ending in June, the band will have released a total of ten tracks, representing the crushingly dark, guitar-driven sound for which SARKOM has become known over the band’s 19 years of existence.

Ahead of “The Arcane Abyss”  release, ENDEZZMA recently released “Morbus Divina”, a  limited edition 7″ EP.  Limited to  500 copies world-wide, with 100 on transparent yellow vinyl and 100 on transparent red vinyl, and with the remaining 300 copies on  standard black vinyl, the two track EP, features the exclusive track “Black Tempest”,  which was the last song written by URGEHAL frontman Trondr Nefas before his death.  Drums on the track are performed by BEASTCRAFT bassist and former TSJUDER drummer Desecrator.

ENDEZZMA was formed in 2006 by Morten Shax and the late Trondr Nefas (URGEHAL, BEASTCRAFT, VULTURE LORD), and today’s  lineup comprises Shax on vocals, Malphas (BEASTCRAFT,CARPATHIAN FOREST,SVARTTJERN) on  Lead Guitar,  Nihil on Rythm Guitar, Skriu (ex live BLOOD RED THRONE) on Drums and  Aske (BYRDI) on Bass.   Together they create ENDEZZMA’s distinctive sound which has all the aggression of  Old School Black Metal with icy overtones that merge together to create what the band describes as  “Nekro Requiems”

On Friday the 13th of May, the Vulkan Arena in Oslo, Norway,  will host a very special memorial concert, entitled DEATH IS COMPLETE.  This night will honour the work and life of the late URGEHAL frontman TRONDR NEFAS and his departure from this life on the 13th of May 2012.

The concert will feature the unholy trinity of TRONDR NEFAS’ bands, URGEHAL, BEASTCRAFT and ENDEZZMA, who will share the stage for the first, and last, time.

The guest vocalists who will be performing with URGEHAL on this night will be none other than:
